The annual base salary for this position ranges from $157,300.00 in our lowest geographic market to $331,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) reports to a senior Business HR leader and partners closely with business leaders and their leadership teams. The role collaborates across HR Centers of Excellence, People Solutions, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR partners to deliver integrated people solutions across Converse.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Converse is seeking a Director-level HR leader who can translate business priorities into people and talent strategies. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who brings strong business judgment, enterprise thinking, and the ability to lead through ambiguity and change. This leader listens to teammates, coaches leaders, and connects the business with the right HR expertise to drive organizational performance and an inclusive teammate experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Behavioural Science. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
· Minimum 9 years of demonstrated business-facing HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience, a specialty area, or a similar role.
· Well-developed business knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
· Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and help them navigate significant organizational change, transformation, and growth.
· Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations, including business functions, global teams, or corporate environments.
· Experience leading or partnering across organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and total rewards.
· Proven ability to lead complex organizational effectiveness and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent and workforce strategies.
· Strong executive communication, facilitation, presentation, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to balance enterprise priorities with evolving business and teammate needs.
· Ability to travel approximately 10%.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, you’ll provide strategic HR leadership and business insight to leaders and teams. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies, build organizational capability, and deliver integrated solutions that support performance, growth, and the teammate experience. You will also:
· Develop and activate people and talent strategies aligned with business priorities, organizational health, and long-term growth.
· Build organizational alignment and capability through leader-focused interventions, including team effectiveness, goal alignment, manager capability, leadership development, and teammate engagement.
· Lead strategic workforce planning aligned with business objectives, using insights, data, and core metrics to identify needs and shape innovative HR solutions with Centers of Excellence.
· Advise and coach senior leaders on talent, performance, organizational design, change leadership, team effectiveness, and culture.
· Lead talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and leadership pipeline strategies that strengthen organizational capability and build diverse, high-performing teams.
· Guide organizational design and effectiveness initiatives that clarify accountabilities, improve decision-making, and strengthen ways of working.
· Partner across the HR ecosystem to deliver coordinated, business-focused solutions and a consistent teammate experience.
· Lead and develop HR talent, foster collaboration, and create the conditions for the team to deliver with clarity, confidence, and impact.
· Use teammate insights and organizational data to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive meaningful action.
· Support leaders through change and transformation while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture.
