- Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold and maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance at the start of employment and be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
About the Role . G2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) to coordinate day-to-day IT support for personnel supporting NAVWAR.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for user IT issues, coordinate with Navy enterprise service providers to drive issues through resolution, and maintain accurate records of user accounts, devices, software, and open support requests. Your work will help personnel stay connected, equipped, and productive in a mission-focused customer environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a first point of contact for user IT issues and track requests through resolution.
- Coordinate NMCI account, device, software, and service requests, including moves, additions, and changes.
- Help troubleshoot workstations, printers, network access, remote access, and collaboration tools.
- Assist with access requests and IT actions for onboarding, transfers, and departures.
- Maintain accurate inventories of assigned devices, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Coordinate technology refresh activities and keep users informed of request status.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate help desk or service provider and provide status updates to Government stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT support or customer technical support experience.
- Experience supporting users in a Navy or other DoD IT environment.
- Familiarity with NMCI processes and common workstation, account access, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Strong customer service, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site and meet contract-specific clearance and citizenship requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an ACTR supporting a Navy program office.
- Familiarity with Navy 365/Flank Speed, SharePoint, Teams, and Navy access request processes.
- Experience with equipment inventories and technology refreshes.
- Relevant IT certification, such as CompTIA Security+.

Compensation & Benefits. The annual salary range for this position is 90,000 – $115,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
