About this role

Summary Statement:

Model Cocktail Server & Line Dancer is responsible for providing world-class beverage service while also performing choreographed and freestyle dance routines that elevate guest experience. This dual role blends hospitality and entertainment, ensuring an energetic, engaging, and unforgettable atmosphere for all guests.

Primary Job Duties:  – Includes but is not limited to:

- Greet, serve, interact, and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, concerns and complaints regarding beverages and correct and resolve in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Perform choreographed line dances and freestyle routines on designated platforms/stages throughout shifts to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with entertainment team and management to learn, rehearse, and execute choreographed routines.
- Uphold the brand’s image through performance, presentation, and guest interaction, embodying both hospitality and entertainment.
- Contribute creatively to the development of new dance routines and crowd engagement concepts.
- Lead and engage guests in interactive dance moments, encouraging crowd participation and maintaining high-energy atmosphere.
- Anticipate guest needs and inform guests about venues, menus, specials, pricing and directions.
- Prompt delivery of all beverages to appropriate tables and assigned work area(s).
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws.
- Participate in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/presenter tasks.
- Assist in the development of promotional plans to increase business levels and sales.
- Pose for pictures as requested by management, appear in uniform or designated (logo) apparel for promotional activities at or away from venue.
- Participate and appear in marketing, publicity or media materials.
- Maintain Social platforms as indicated by management; post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  – Includes but is not limited to:

- Ability to perform confidently in front of a live audience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedure.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred :

- Working knowledge of POS system (ex: Micros, UrVenue, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, beer and mixed cocktails.
- Previous experience working in a dayclub and or nightclub.
- Previous entertainment/dancer experience.
- Previous experience modeling and beverage presentation.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of dance, cheerleading, performance, or entertainment experience.
- One year of customer service experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain the following:
- Food Handler Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- Non-Gaming Card

- Work is typically performed in nightclub environment.
- Must be tolerant of varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
- Prolonged sitting/standing.
- Bending, reaching, and dancing.
- Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Eye/hand coordination.
- Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
