Examples of what you may work on

Depending on your placement, you may:

- Use consumer, fan, cultural and performance insights to identify opportunities.

- Support campaign, content, launch or go-to-market planning and execution.

- Develop briefs, presentations, recaps, toolkits or content for real brand initiatives.

- Analyze campaign or market data and turn it into a clear story and recommendation.

- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Product, Sales, Finance, Insights and agency partners.

- Help improve a marketing process, channel or audience experience.

What you bring

You are currently enrolled in a university degree program in Marketing, Communications, Consumer Behavior, Business, Analytics, Media, Advertising or a related degree program.

- A consumer-first mindset and curiosity about brands, culture and communities

- Clear communication and storytelling, supported by evidence and insight

- Comfort balancing creative thinking with data, details and delivery

- Ability to collaborate, adapt and keep learning as priorities and timelines change

Work samples: No portfolio is required. Campaigns, research, content, student leadership or class projects may be linked if they strengthen your application.

Who can apply

- You are currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one academic term after completing the internship. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply. MBA candidates: please see our separate MBA internship postings.

- We generally prioritize students entering the final year of their degree after the internship. Students at other eligible stages, including those with approximately two academic years remaining, are also encouraged to apply. Eligibility is based on program stage, not age.

- You can commit to the full program schedule and work model for the assigned location.

- You meet the work-authorization requirements stated below.

- Listed majors are examples. Related programs, coursework and transferable projects are welcome; previous internship experience is not required.

Program details

Program dates and length: June - August (10–12 WEEKS)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Work model: Most internships follow a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office. Select roles may require five days per week onsite. The project-specific schedule will be shared before interviews.

Locations: Boston, Massachusetts and Renton, Washington. You may indicate one or both locations. Opportunities may support Hasbro or Wizards of the Coast teams, depending on confirmed projects and business needs.

Pay and benefits

This is a paid internship. Hourly rates vary by degree level and year in school. A separate good-faith range is provided for each worksite.

Boston hourly range: $24-39

Renton hourly range: $30-38

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
