At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient , we provide substance use disorder treatment in a supportive, structured environment. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you'll work alongside nursing and clinical staff to support medical services, monitor client health, and help ensure safe, coordinated care.

What You'll Do

- Obtain and document vital signs, blood glucose readings, urine specimens, and other medical information as directed

- Support medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services and related medical activities

- Perform toxicology specimen collection, screening, and documentation

- Report changes in client condition and communicate medical concerns to nursing and clinical staff

- Assist with admissions paperwork and collection of medical records

- Observe and document medication dispensing activities as assigned

- Maintain medical supplies, inventory, and equipment

- Assist with client education, appointment follow-up, and treatment engagement

- Maintain accurate records and protect client confidentiality

- Collaborate with the treatment team to support quality client care

What You Need

- Certified Medical Assistant certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client care

Position Details

📍 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430

$16–$18/hour , based on experience

Full-time 11am - 11pm
