Job Description

Serves as a senior implementation and project management specialist responsible for leading the onboarding and integration of Treasury Management products and services for the bank’s highest revenue-generating clients. Provides project leadership for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives, improve client experience, increase operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Acts as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, implementation processes, and operational workflows. Independently manages highly complex client implementations and process improvement initiatives while partnering with Signature Coordinators, sales, operations, risk, and other internal partners. Provides consultation, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members and serves as a key resource for complex problem resolution and project execution.

Essential Functions

Client Implementation Leadership

- Serves as the primary implementation lead for the most complex Treasury Management requests, including customized solutions involving multiple products, regions, business lines, and stakeholders.

- Partners with the Signature Coordinator to assist with the implementation strategy discussions with clients and internal partners to establish project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.

- Collaborate with Signature Coordinators for escalations related to complex implementation issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining superior client experience.

- Drives successful implementation outcomes through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Project Management and Strategic Initiatives

- Leads large-scale requests that impact Treasury Management operations, implementation practices and client experience.

- Develops project plans, milestones, resource requirements, risk assessments, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful project delivery.

- Partners with Signature Coordinators related to activities across multiple business units including Treasury Management, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management.

- Tracks project performance, identifies obstacles, recommends solutions, communicates status updates to internal partners and executive summaries to leadership.

- Collaborate with the Signature Coordinator for facilitation of project meetings, working sessions, stakeholder discussions, and governance reviews to drive alignment and accountability.

- Independently manages multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Leadership and Subject Matter Expertise

- Serves as a recognized subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, implementation processes, and operational practices.

- Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to less experienced team members.

- Supports organizational change management efforts related to new products, system enhancements, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives.

- Collaborates with management to evaluate business needs and develop recommendations supporting strategic priorities.

- Represents the department on enterprise committees, project teams, working groups, and partners with Signature Coordinator for client-facing initiatives.

Risk and Compliance

- Ensures all implementation and project activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

- Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to eight years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, implementation processes, operational procedures.

- Demonstrated project management experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives.

- Strong analytical, organizational, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, reporting, and data analysis.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

- 5-8 years of related Treasury Management, implementation, operations, project management or business analysis experience preferred.

Location expectations  
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
