Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Job Description The Marketing Coordinator supports print production and marketing operations by ensuring durable, accurate, and timely delivery of printed materials for openings, promotions, tests, ad hoc projects, and back-of-house operations. This role works closely with print production teams, suppliers, and marketing project leaders to manage artwork, inventory, invoicing, and café profile accuracy, while maintaining high quality standards and clear communication across all stakeholders. Responsibilities

- Assist print production managers in ensuring durability, accuracy, and timely delivery of printed materials that support openings, promotions, tests, ad hoc projects, and back-of-house operations.
- Support supplier inventory maintenance by managing art file archival, overseeing project documentation, and evaluating needs for re-orders to ensure accurate graphics availability.
- Track, file, and process invoices for all print projects, including routing invoices for approval and coding them to the appropriate billing lines.
- Assist with art development, proofing, quality control checks, fulfillment, and distribution for promotional campaigns, market tests, and off-cycle projects.
- Review final printers proofs to confirm content and color accuracy across multiple substrates and print processes.
- Support accurate café profile maintenance to ensure in-store materials and configurations match current standards.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing project leaders to coordinate and facilitate schedules, providing two-way communication and keeping project stakeholders informed of project status, delays, information requests, and alternate timing.
- Perform local café visits to identify profile discrepancies, consult with general managers regarding issues with point-of-purchase (POP) or other in-store signage, and install test POP to help define best practices for ongoing implementations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using strong prioritization skills and the ability to shift focus as needed to meet deadlines.
- Identify and resolve issues related to print production, inventory, or project timelines in a timely and effective manner.
- Collect and analyze relevant data related to print and marketing projects and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Essential Skills

- College degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of related work experience, with flexibility based on overall experience level.
- Relevant experience in print production, project management within a marketing department, inventory management, or marketing coordination in a restaurant, retail, or other fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with multiple print manufacturers and printing equipment.
- Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong initiative and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using well-developed prioritization skills and the ability to switch gears as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and creativity in dealing with change and evolving priorities.
- Very strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data and present findings clearly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in marketing coordination or operations within a restaurant or retail environment.
- Experience with print management or inventory management software systems.
- Demonstrated calmness under pressure and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and projects from initiation through completion.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with production, marketing, and operations teams.
- Capability to support on-site activities such as café visits, POP installations, and in-store signage reviews.

Work Environment This role follows a hybrid-style schedule with three full days in the office each week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (8 hours each day), and half days on Thursday and Friday, for a total of approximately 32 hours per week. The position operates in a fast-paced environment that supports restaurant or retail locations, requiring periodic local café visits to review profiles, signage, and POP materials. Work is primarily computer-based, using Windows and Microsoft Office, along with print and inventory management tools, while collaborating closely with marketing, print production, and operations teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
