Business Systems Manager

Job Title: Business Systems Manager Job Description The Business Systems Manager serves as the organizations technology and business systems leader, ensuring that technology, data, and enterprise applications effectively support operational and strategic objectives. This role oversees the development, optimization, security, and performance of enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on ERP administration, business process improvement, data integrity, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership, this position acts as a strategic business partner to leverage technology for improved efficiency, stronger decision making, and sustainable growth. The role also holds responsibility for cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and IT operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities

- Lead the strategy, integration, administration, and optimization of the organizations ERP system to support operational and strategic goals.
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and performance of enterprise applications to ensure they effectively support business processes.
- Ensure business process alignment with technology solutions, driving continuous process improvement across departments.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, reporting effectiveness, and analytics to support accurate and timely decision making.
- Design, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations across multiple locations.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, policies, and controls to protect systems, data, and applications.
- Lead cross-functional technology projects in partnership with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership.
- Drive data analytics initiatives to provide insights that improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Coordinate IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service levels and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Promote and enforce data governance practices to ensure consistent, accurate, and secure data management.
- Support future growth by planning and implementing technology solutions that scale with the organization.

Essential Skills

- Bachelors degree in business or information technology.
- At least 3 years of management experience leading teams or technology functions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading ERP strategy, integration, and system optimization.
- Minimum 7 years of experience ensuring business process alignment, data integrity, reporting effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.
- Minimum 7 years of data analytics experience, including reporting and analysis to support decision making.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity experience, including securing systems, networks, and data.
- Proven expertise in ERP integration and optimization.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and support.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with Epicor ERP systems.
- Experience with AI automation and process automation initiatives.

Work Environment This role is primarily onsite to support close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership, as well as other departments. The position requires regular in-person interaction across multiple functions and locations to effectively manage ERP systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations. There may be potential for hybrid flexibility in the future, but the current expectation is to work fully onsite to best support organizational needs and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. The work environment emphasizes a positive culture and supportive team dynamic, with a focus on leveraging modern enterprise technologies and infrastructure to drive operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
