Job Title: Corporate Recruiter Job Description The Corporate Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and identify high-quality talent. The Corporate Recruiter oversees the entire recruiting process from position intake through offer acceptance while delivering a consistent, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer development, and pre-employment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand position requirements, business needs, ideal candidate profiles, and recruiting priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, and alignment with position requirements.
- Provide hiring managers with recruiting guidance, market insights, and recommendations throughout the selection and decision-making process.
- Coordinate and facilitate an efficient interview and selection process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring leaders, including supporting compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline strength, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions to support current and future workforce needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, templates, and overall candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Ensure recruiting and selection practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Partner with HR team members to support a seamless transition from candidate selection through pre-employment and onboarding.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance talent attraction and employer visibility.

Essential Skills

- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition for corporate and professional roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Ability to conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role alignment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities throughout the selection and offer process.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear, timely interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate data.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to track and interpret key performance indicators.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruiting and selection.

Work Environment This is an on-site role with standard daytime hours, typically 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Corporate Recruiter works in a professional office environment, collaborating closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR team members. The position involves frequent use of computers, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting platforms, as well as regular phone and video communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
