We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Com pliance Coordinator to support our community management initiatives.

Benefits Summary:

- Vacation accrual begins after 90 days at 6.67 hrs per month with a cap at 160 hours, depending on years of service

Compensation:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour ; direct experience highly considered

How Our Employees Make an Impact:

Our Compliance Coordinator play s a crucial role in fostering a sense of community within our managed properties. Such responsibilities include:

- Conduct regular site inspections , roughly 60% of time, of assigned HOA communities to identify and document covenant violations, maintenance concerns, and compliance issues.

- Monitor community appearance and adherence to governing documents, including CC&Rs, design guidelines, and association policies.

- Prepare detailed inspection reports, photographic documentation, and compliance correspondence for homeowners and boards.

- Track and manage compliance cases from identification through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recordkeeping.

- Maintain compliance tracking systems and databases, ensuring all inspections, notices, and communications are accurately documented.

- Review architectural and property modifications to ensure they align with community standards and governing documents.

- Identify common community maintenance issues and proactively communicate recommendations to preserve property values and community aesthetics.

- Monitor deadlines and compliance timelines to ensure consistent enforcement of association rules and policies.

- Partner with management teams to promote positive resident relationships while maintaining fair and consistent compliance practices.

- Ensure compliance activities are conducted in accordance with association governing documents, company policies, and applicable regulations.

- Travel throughout assigned communities to perform inspections and maintain a visible association presence.

- Collaborate with th e Community Manger s to ensure effective communication channels between residents and management .

- Administrative Support of the Community Managers, as needed.

- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented , and a team player.

- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum one year experience in customer service

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level

- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level

- Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.

- Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.

- Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
