This is an opportunity to help deliver and evolve Microsoft’s broad-based equity programs—including stock awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) across more than 90 countries while maintaining strong compliance, operational excellence, and employee experience.</span></p><p style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on global equity compliance, regulatory change, international reporting, and mobility taxation.
