Director of Home Infusion - CarepathRx - Onsite

We're looking for a Director of Home Infusion to lead and elevate our home infusion operations while partnering closely with one of Northeast Ohio's premier health systems. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll shape strategy, inspire teams, optimize performance, and help deliver exceptional experiences for patients, providers, and referral partners. What you'll do to make a difference :

- Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, organizational goals, and long-term success.
- Lead home infusion operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and an exceptional patient experience.
- Drive performance against production goals, patient onboarding targets, service-level agreements, and quality metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze performance trends and implement solutions that improve productivity, profitability, patient satisfaction, and referral source engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral sources, payers, and industry stakeholders.
- Mentor, coach, and develop operational leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, accreditation, payer, and company requirements.

What you'll need to be successful:

- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or complex healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams and driving operational excellence across a growing organization.
- Proven ability to improve business performance through process optimization, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of home infusion operations, reimbursement models, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance preferred.
- Experience managing operational metrics, production goals, quality outcomes, service-level agreements, and financial performance.
- Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and build strong partnerships across clinical, operational, and executive teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage patients, providers, referral sources, payers, and senior leadership.
- Experience developing and mentoring leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This position is based onsite in Northeast Ohio . Regular in-person leadership presence is required to support employees, operations, and cross-functional partnerships. Occasional travel may be required to company locations, customer sites, and leadership meetings.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,800 - 208,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
