Program Manager, APTD Business Operations and Organizational Enablement

We work across global teams to build scalable processes, improve collaboration, and support breakthrough technology programs.

This role is an opportunity to drive AI enabled operational excellence across a highly technical organization. You will help define how work is executed, governed, documented, and improved across APTD. By partnering with engineering, quality, IT, and business collaborators, you will strengthen processes, enable adoption of new capabilities, and improve visibility, consistency, and business performance.

Responsibilities

- Define and improve cross-functional business processes, governance models, workflows, and operating standards
- Lead AI assisted process effectiveness reviews, risk assessments, action tracking, and QMS integration activities
- Translate business needs into system, reporting, workflow, and automation requirements
- Establish knowledge management, information governance, and collaboration-space standards across APTD
- Develop onboarding, training, communication, and adoption plans for new processes, systems, and organizational changes

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in AI assisted program management, business operations, business process management, quality systems, organizational enablement, or a related field
- Experience implementing cross-functional processes, governance frameworks, or enterprise programs in complex environments
- Strong project and organizational change skills, including planning, risk management, customer alignment, and communications
- Experience creating process documentation, workflows, training materials, dashboards, metrics, and executive presentations

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in semiconductors, advanced packaging, manufacturing, technology development, or global engineering organizations
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, compliance frameworks, audit readiness, or risk management practices
- Experience with knowledge management, information governance, intellectual property protection, or access control models
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Visio, or similar collaboration and analytics platforms
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Prosci Organizational Change, or related certification
