Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing all daily inventory activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role will also perform audits, and collaborate with procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, reducing loss and improving operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Inventory Errors-Review and Ajustments, Monthly Inventory Reconciliation ( 51 Inventory Locations) Reconce Inventory Levels Between SF & NAV Reconce Products Consumed Between SF & NAV Upload annual price adjustments to ensure system accuracy Maintain Early Termination log Record transfers betweeen locations for availability Review Posting and integration status of SF lines to correct hang-ups Ajust inventory to account for positive adjiustments on WO' completed in prior months Balance the Transfer G/L account Review Auto-Posted WO's for inventory and expense adjustments Review Products Consumed with each location to ensure accurate recording of Inventory usage Manage Inventory Email Box Work with Director of BUS OPS on Month End Journal Entries

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
- Maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventories to ensure a high level of accuracy (99%+) in the inventory management system
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to stock counts, variances, and system data
- Utilize software to accurately record inventory movements
- Monitor inventory levels to identify and address potential shortages or excess
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory handling, stocking, and tracking
- Ensure all inventory activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth material flow
- Ensure the physical security and organization of the inventory storage area

Candidate Requirements

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Procurement Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a warehouse environment.
- Experience with Excel and warehouse software

Skills & Competencies

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Basic communication skills required
- High level of accuracy in data entry and auditing

## Base Pay Range
Hourly: $19.00 - $33.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
