How You’ll Make a Difference

When a customer or technician needs the right part to keep equipment moving, you’ll help make it happen. You’ll work across the front and back counters, answering calls and emails, researching parts, preparing quotes, and helping customers find what they need.

This is a fast-moving, hands-on role where accuracy and service matter. You’ll be part of an experienced parts team that works together to take care of customers and keep the branch running strong.

What You’ll Do

- Help customers and technicians at the counter, by phone, and through email by researching parts, answering questions, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
- Research parts using online resources, manuals, and other tools, while helping resolve order, shipment, delivery, and parts discrepancies.
- Keep orders and records accurate by entering information, verifying purchase orders and invoices, and managing requests through systems such as Zendesk.
- Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, vendors, and teammates to keep orders moving, support sales goals, and provide dependable service in a high-volume branch.

What You’ll Bring

- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus previous parts experience or a mechanical background that helps you understand equipment and parts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to comfortably help customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Attention to detail and confidence with data entry, order information, and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to stay organized, work with urgency, and handle multiple requests in a busy environment while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is also required.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

- You’ll join a hardworking team where people pitch in, share what they know, and take pride in helping customers get the job done.
- You’ll have variety every day—from solving parts questions to working directly with customers and technicians—and opportunities to keep building your industry knowledge.
- You’ll become part of a company that has been in business for more than 130 years, built on integrity, reliability, and taking care of people.
