About the role
The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence, business performance, and strategic decision-making across Turner & Townsend . This position is responsible for analyzing business data, identifying process improvement opportunities, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting organizational initiatives that enhance performance, profitability, and client service delivery.
What you´ll do
- Analyze business, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Monitor business performance and provide insights to support strategic planning, forecasting, and resource management.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Support business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and develop reporting solutions that improve visibility into operational, financial, and project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, drive operational initiatives, and support business objectives.
- Prepare and present actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level reports to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, performance management, consulting, project controls, or operational support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with ERP, financial, or business management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
