What Youll Do
- Build and activate a diverse network of referral partners that produces a consistent pipeline of qualified mortgage opportunities.
- Grow mortgage referral volume and market share by executing focused business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Strengthen partner retention and satisfaction through responsive communication, education, and timely issue resolution.
- Convert prospective referral sources into productive relationships by assessing strategic fit, referral potential, and the right Credit Human channel.
- Expand Credit Humans visibility and credibility through community engagement, professional networks, educational presentations, and industry events.
- Use market, partner, and performance insights to improve lead quality, products, services, and referral processes.
- Collaborate across Home Loans, operations, portfolio management, and marketing to advance growth objectives while supporting quality, profitability, and risk standards.

Experience:
Required
- 1 year of Sales Experience related to role
- 3+ years of Mortgage Experience
Preferred
- Marketing and financial analysis experience
- Business Development Experience

Required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
- In-depth mortgage loan knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education:
Required
- High School Diploma

- 4-year college degree
Licenses & Certifications:
Required
- Registration as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
Preferred
- NMLS registered
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Compensation Details:
Paygrade: 2CA
The expected pay range for this position is $83,547 – $91,353 annually.
Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX .
