## Position Summary
The Software Implementation Project Manager, Level I is an entry-level project management role responsible for leading the successful deployment of software solutions for customers under supervision. The Level I PM conducts project planning, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination, developing foundational skills in project management and software implementation. This role is focused on building core competencies while contributing to on-time and in-scope project delivery outcomes.
## What You'll Do as a Software Implementation Project Manager
- Coordinate and support software implementation projects from planning through go-live.
- Manage project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and customer communications.
- Lead project status meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support customer training, onboarding, and transition to ongoing support teams.
- Ensure project quality through configuration reviews, testing coordination, and deliverable validation.
- Contribute to process improvements and develop expertise in software solutions and customer workflows.
## The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree, 12 years of relevant experience required.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related professional role
- Basic familiarity with software products or technology-related projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40% within the US and Canada
- Developing knowledge of information technology terminology
Preferred:
- Exposure to healthcare environments is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Exposure to CRM systems is a plus
- Interest in pursuing PMP certification

Pay range for this opportunity is $68,637.50 - $88,825.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
