The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Analyst, Go-to-Market to support the launch, commercialization, and growth of Nextpower’s non-tracker products across Latin America. Based in São Paulo, this role will partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to translate market and commercial data into actionable strategies that increase pipeline quality, win rates, margin, and revenue.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with commercial judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively across a global, matrixed organization.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze the Latin American non-tracker market, including market size, customer segments, applications, competitors, technologies, pricing, and industry trends.
- Analytically support go-to-market strategy development, including market prioritization, customer targeting, product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and market-entry plans.
- Monitor competitor offerings, partnerships, technology roadmaps, and commercial activity, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain sales models, pricing analyses, business cases, and margin assessments to support profitable growth.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and bid strategy, ensuring accurate, competitive, and commercially sound submissions.
- Manage pipeline, sales activity, quotes, orders, forecasts, win/loss metrics, and other commercial reporting through Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Own CRM reporting, data quality, dashboards, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Analyze commercial performance to identify trends in win rates, lead sources, market segments, customer needs, product adoption, and value propositions.
- Partner with global teams to incorporate cost inputs, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and implement a structured training program for the Sales team covering non-tracker products.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, sales operations, or financial modeling.
- Experience supporting go-to-market a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and business case development skills.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, pricing, and commercial performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solar, BESS, renewable energy, power infrastructure, or an adjacent industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with utility-scale energy projects, EPCs, developers, utilities, or other infrastructure customers.
