About this role
We are looking for a motivated Scheduling Intern to support the day-to-day activities of our team. This area is responsible for managing demand planning across our distributor network, ensuring system maintenance, and guaranteeing that our dealers are able to place orders on time. The team also plays a key role in ensuring that units arrive in Mexico, are legally imported, and are successfully commercialized.
As part of this role, you will support a team that works in weekly coordination with the US allocation team, contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential.
Education
- Active Student in Engineering degree (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or related engineering fields)
Technical Skills
- Excel — advanced level (required)
- English — advanced level, written and spoken (required)
- Alteryx — preferred, not required
- Power BI — preferred, not required
- Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar) — preferred, not required
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Willingness and interest to learn and understand the core concepts of demand planning and scheduling
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a changing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and international teams
