In this position...

- As a Senior Manager, Lincoln Strategy & Transformation, you will play a key leadership role developing and delivering Lincoln’s long-range strategy and building a strong business unit strategy team.
- This role offers a unique chance to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Lincoln’s most critical strategic initiatives — from initial problem-solving to operational rollout.
- You will focus on scaling key strategic priorities, moving them from a high-level vision to a high-performing market reality.

As a leader of these strategic and operational workstreams, you will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring our most ambitious goals are met with precision, speed, and measurable business impact.

You'll have...

- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive professional experience
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional projects at a global scale and working across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to structure complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
- Business acumen and familiarity with industry fundamentals, including market dynamics, competitive dynamics, trends, best practices, and company operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, challenging the status quo, and bringing creative solutions to complex business issues.
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive leaders, including C-suite audiences.
- Interest or experience in teaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues or team members.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, including executive presentations, analytical modeling, and written strategy documents.
- Previous roles within Strategy organizations or at Management Consulting firms in Manager, Senior Manager, or Director roles.
- Prior experience leading strategy projects and large-scale programs/projects at a global scale with cross-functional teams, specifically related to product launches or new business solutions.
- Prior experience leading business development efforts including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and deal execution.
- Relevant certifications, where applicable.

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
