Recovery Services Manager

Job Description: The Recovery Services Manager will oversee and conduct assessments in our adolescent outreach department and prepare the proper documentation for the clients' treatment plans. This role will work onsite at our clinic in Huntsville with our younger patients, their families and therapeutic team to support the clients growth. This position will be working Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with schedule flexibility required to meet program and client needs.

What you'll be doing:

- Supervise In-Home Teams, Case Management, Therapeutic Mentor, Youth Peer Specialist, Family Peer Specialist.

- Coordinate staff vacation schedules, timesheets, performance appraisals, etc.

- Provide crisis intervention to clients as needed.

- Ensure program meets all of the policies/procedures and ADMH standards.

- Organize treatment team and conduct staffing progress meetings for clients.

- Review client enrollment in program.

- Maintain communication with existing referral sources and develop new referral sources to enhance and grow the program.

- Maintain a small SA caseload and SA group.

- Assess and provide services to clients in group, individual and/or family settings.

- Monitor productivity of staff, provide job coaching and progressive discipline when required.

- Maintain and ensure high-quality documentation and records management in a timely fashion.

- Provide and supervise discharge planning of clients upon completion of treatment.

- Participate in screening clients and the referral process to local agencies or intra-center referrals.

- Collaborate and communicate with the Division Director, Recovery Services Coordinator, Chief Resource Officer, and Chief Clinical Officer on program.

- Complete other duties assigned.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

- Clinical Licensure in social services related field is desired but not required.

- Demonstrated compliance with internal program and organizational policies, procedures, & operational protocols.

- Familiarity & Knowledge of ADMH Mental Illness and S/A State Standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & computer literate.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust with others through exhibiting personal character and professional competence.

- Leadership experience.
