Capture Director

ICF is seeking a dynamic and innovative Capture Director to support our Digital Modernization Group.  As a driver of group growth, this highly visible role will work closely with ICF’s most senior leaders to develop strategy and drive business growth for the group’s largest and most strategic opportunities.

This role is centered on understanding market trends, technical direction, and customer priorities, then translating that intelligence into compelling capture strategies and winning proposals. The ideal candidate will leverage ICF’s deep mission understanding and expertise in digital modernization services to drive successful outcomes.

The Capture Director must have a proven track record of full lifecycle capture success within the DoW and Civilian federal agencies, including multiple strategic wins where they have developed and executed high-impact capture strategies.

This position is based in the Washington, DC area and follows a hybrid work model, targeting a minimum of two days per week in ICF’s HQ Reston, VA office.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of capture-related experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing the full capture lifecycle.
- Experience leading capture efforts resulting in competitive prime contract/task order wins valued at $50M+.
- Experience utilizing Shipley-based capture methodologies.
- Experience working with the FAR.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

- Demonstrated ability to lead disciplined capture efforts for large, complex IT modernization pursuits.
- Deep understanding of pricing-to-win strategies.
- Ability to drive capture activities from qualification through proposal close.
- Top Secret clearance.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$143,756.00 - $244,385.00
