Short Description

Shape the future of global HR Compensation, Payroll and Time Management technologyWe are looking for an experienced global functional and disciplinary Manager to lead a team of HR Professionals and Consultants responsible for critical HR systems’ operational support and standards, requirements, as well as test and quality assurance. In this role, you will combine people leadership with functional responsibility, project management, and operational governance for SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management incl. SAP Fiori HR Self-Services, SuccessFactors Compensation Planning, HR Data Protection, Information Life Cycle Management and HR Audit Compliance.You will play a key role in ensuring that our HR applications and solutions are reliable, compliant, secure and fit for the future. Working across countries and functions, you will lead a team of experts and coordinate closely with HR Functional Teams, IT, payroll operations, HR Shared Service Teams, external service providers and implementation partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for a global HR Systems organization, developing a high-performing team of Business Consultants and Specialists and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Own the global governance and strategic evolution of payroll and time-management solutions, with a particular focus on SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Time Management and the dependency to SuccessFactors Compensation Planning.

- Ensure the resilience, compliance and operational excellence of German payroll system requirements and standards, including KUG, work schedules, B2A and BAV-related requirements.

- Direct the timely and compliant implementation of legislative, regulatory and audit requirements across the global HR systems landscape.

- Establish and enforce enterprise-grade governance frameworks for SAP transports and releases, test management, data protection, anonymization, system cloning and test-data management.

- Govern and further develop strategic HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning, HR EasyAudit and Centric PLK/PLX.

- Lead or support complex HR transformation, payroll outsourcing and digitalization initiatives in alignment with the global HR digitalization strategy, ensuring clear prioritization, effective resource allocation and consistent delivery against global standards.

- Orchestrate service excellence and stakeholder alignment across HR functions, IT business engagement, IT product management and external service providers, while proactively managing risks, quality, audits and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

- Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field, complemented by substantial professional experience in a complex, international environment.

- Extensive expertise in SAP HCM payroll, HR systems, time management and HR technology, with a proven track record of managing business-critical and highly regulated processes.

- Comprehensive knowledge of German payroll legislation and configuration requirements and standards, including KUG, B2A, BAV and work-schedule management.

- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning or comparable enterprise HR technology platforms.

- Strong command of HR systems governance, including SAP transport and release management, test governance, legal-change implementation, SAP ILM, data protection, anonymization and test-data management.

- Demonstrated success in leading international teams and delivering complex transformation, outsourcing and service-provider initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.

- Executive-level communication and decision-making capability, with excellent English skills, ideally complemented by German, and a highly structured, resilient, quality-driven and ownership-oriented leadership approach.
