Summary: A Retail Market Lead at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Retail team supporting efforts to provide excellent service to our guests and managing aspects of our restaurant and retail market operations. This position involves supporting our retail team members and is ideal for someone adaptable, a problem-solver, and energetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Experience Ensuring that both retail and restaurant areas provide exceptional customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence Support day-to-day operations for both retail and restaurant sections.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for both retail and food service operations.
- Implementing policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in both areas.
- Inventory Management Overseeing inventory control for both retail and restaurant products.
- Ordering products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implementing inventory management systems and procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position.
What you bring to Pacific Seafood
Education and Experience
- Required High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Oregon Liquor Control Commission server permit or ability to acquire one
- Oregon State Food Handlers permit or ability to acquire one
- Preferred Minimum 1-year related experience and/or training.
