## About the role

We are looking for a TPM Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities across Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) partners, ensuring product availability while balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and supply risks.

You will work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Regional Supply Chain teams to ensure the successful execution of production plans and drive service excellence across the external manufacturing network

## Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production plans for Third-Party Manufacturing partners.
- Convert demand requirements into an achievable Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Balance demand, inventory, capacity, and operational constraints to ensure continuity of supply.
- Lead production review meetings with TPM partners and secure production commitments.
- Ensure raw material and packaging availability to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Suppliers to resolve material shortages and supply issues.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and inventory risk mitigation activities.
- Monitor TPM performance against service, capacity, and OTIF expectations.
- Lead supply recovery and risk mitigation plans for service disruptions or capacity constraints.
- Support S&OP and S&OE processes through supply analysis, scenario planning, and risk visibility.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business and supply chain decision making.

## Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Scheduling, or External Manufacturing.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP ECC, APO, IBP, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, material planning, and supplier performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Experience managing Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), Co-packers, or external manufacturing partners.
- Exposure to advanced planning tools and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
