## About the role
The Supply Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated supply plan that ensures product availability while balancing inventory, production capacity, service, and cost objectives. The role translates demand requirements into executable supply plans, proactively manages supply risks, and collaborates across the supply chain network to support customer service and business performance. The position plays a key role in driving inventory optimization, supply continuity, and effective execution of S&OP and S&OE processes. Based on Kerry Supply Planning role profiles and internal planning responsibilities.
## Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain short, mid, and long-term supply plans across the assigned product portfolio and manufacturing network.
- Translate demand forecasts into production, inventory, and replenishment requirements.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance customer service, working capital, and supply chain efficiency.
- Identify supply risks, material constraints, capacity issues, and potential service impacts; develop and lead mitigation plans.
- Conduct scenario planning and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Care, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Maintain planning master data and ensure system integrity within SAP/APO/IBP planning tools.Support S&OE and S&OP processes through proactive communication of supply risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
- Analyze supply performance and recommend actions to improve service, inventory, and planning effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process and supply network.

## Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, IBP, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the supply chain.
- Experience working with manufacturing plants, contract manufacturers, or multi-site supply networks.
- Experience within Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industries.
