Key Responsibilities
Civil Engineering Design
- Assist in the preparation and development of civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Support the review of engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during the design development process.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate comments from senior engineers and the Client
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams members (all discipline) to support project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action registers, progress reports, and project correspondence.
- Track project issues, risks, and outstanding actions and support their resolution.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records management systems.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure engineering and project activities comply with company procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
- Support quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverables.
- Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
