Club Concierge
Assist guests of the exclusive Club Lounge with arrangements within and outside the Resort. Prepare buffets and provide food and beverage service for the guests of the Club Lounge. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Concierge Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
What You Will Do
• Set-up and breakdown food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, serve and bus during all food services.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
• Know, communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area, ie. theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests.
What You Will Bring
• Requires a working knowledge of the Concierge aspect of Four Seasons services, policies, and Resort operations.
• Requires working knowledge of activities and points of interest.
• Requires keyboarding and computer skills.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Prior food and beverage experience required.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
• Maui Liquor Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
• Clef d’Ors preferable
