Retail Sales Clerk
Responsible for greeting and offering sales assistance to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions that reflect that of Four Seasons Standards. Performs/assists in other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: fitting room recovery, housekeeping duties, preparation and participation in quarterly physical inventory, price changes, and shipping to guests. This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Retail Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
What You Will Do
• Build strong guest relationships by demonstrating product knowledge, staying current on promotions and market trends, and creating memorable shopping experiences that drive sales and repeat clientele.
• Maintain an engaging and visually appealing retail environment through creative merchandising, organized displays, and a clean, well-presented store appearance.
• Demonstrate a positive, goal-oriented attitude by providing exceptional guest service, working collaboratively with team members, and upholding Four Seasons standards.
What You Will Bring
• Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience in sales and customer service; luxury market a plus.
