The Role
You'll deliver world-class execution by maintaining visual merchandising standards, strengthening brand identity and supporting commercial goals. Through hands-on implementation and coaching, you’ll drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and build team confidence in all things VM.
- Implement and maintain best-in-class VM standards that hero our products and captivate our customers
- Deliver the ‘big idea’ through compelling storytelling and key outfit styling
- Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximise commercial performance
- Support the execution of trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations
- Adapt visual direction to suit store needs while staying true to brand DNA
- Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact
- Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards
- Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions
