Job Description

FQAPend Operator is responsible for performing finished goods receiving, packing, staging, palletizing, and material handling activities. This role ensures product accuracy, traceability, quality, and timely processing to support production and shipment requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform FG receiving, packing, staging, palletizing, and material handling activities.
- Verify product information, part number, lot status, quantity, and labels before processing.
- Identify and segregate OK, HOLD, QA sample, and other product statuses accordingly.
- Operate applicable manufacturing systems such as MESA, PBL, MPS, and eSPIM.
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, carton arrangement, and pallet preparation.
- Identify and escalate product, packaging, system, or process abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate production records and perform proper shift pass-down.
- Follow SOP, Work Instruction, quality, safety, ESD, and 7S requirements.
- Support production and shipment requirements to meet expected TAT.
- Support PN1-PN2 cross-plant operations whenever required.
- Able to work in cleanroom environment and rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by Line Leader, Coordinator, Technician, or Engineer.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

- Technical Certificate, SPM, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic computer and manufacturing system knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOP and Work Instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

PREFERRED:

- Experience in HDD/media manufacturing, FG packing, palletizing, or material handling would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MESA, PBL, MPS, eSPIM, barcode scanners, and label printers is preferred.

SKILLS:

- Production Operation – Able to perform FG handling, packing, staging, and palletizing activities.
- Quality Awareness – Able to identify product, label, packing, and status abnormalities.
- System Operation – Basic knowledge of manufacturing and inventory systems.
- Problem Solving – Able to identify and escalate operational issues appropriately.
- Communication & Teamwork – Able to work effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and supporting teams.
- Safety & 7S – Understand and comply with manufacturing safety, ESD, and workplace 7S requirements.
- Adaptability – Able to support different shifts, workstations, and work locations as required.
