Overview of the Role

We are looking for a leader with a strong consulting track record in selling and delivering supply chain and operations transformations for industry leaders. They will have experience in using technology to find innovative solutions to the issues faced in one or more of Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing (including Automotive), Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defence and Energy Utilities industry sectors. In particular they will understand the key supply chain challenges including globalisation, product, process and asset digitisation and supply chain and operations optimisation. They will have the deep experience of the transformation programme lifecycle from strategy through to implementation. They will be able to demonstrate an active and well-informed knowledge of the focus sector/s and have an opinion on key trends having worked in a major consultancy or strategy organisation.

They will be part of the Supply Chain Transformation capability team, which is a core part of our Intelligent Industry capability unit and at the forefront of digitising engineering, manufacturing and supply chains to improve productivity, quality, time-to-market, cost and sustainability.

- Business development – using a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network to generate revenue.

- Engaging with Clients – developing relationships with senior members of the Tier 1 Client organizations.

- Developing propositions in supply chain strategy, manufacturing digitalisation, consulting and technology and ensuring these are relevant and timely.

- Acting as an authority and thought leader in supply chain and operations transformation in one or more of our target industries.

- Contributing to the plan for effective development of Capgemini’s Intelligent Industry - Supply Chain Transformation capability team.

- Engaging at VP Level with clients and potential clients.

- Ensuring effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals.

- Working collaboratively with consultants in Supply Chain teams to ensure success.

- Contributing to the leadership and growth of the Supply Chain Transformation team and our Intelligent Industry practice.

- Leading members of the team in delivery to ensure their effective development.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $250,000 - $350,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
