YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an IT Security Officer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work) .

In this role your main responsabilities will be:

- Ensure the overall security posture of IT products throughout their lifecycle.

- Drive compliance with Group Information Security standards, policies, and controls.

- Collaborate with Product and Application teams to implement security requirements and controls.

- Lead security assessments, testing activities, and vulnerability remediation plans.

- Provide security guidance and support to IT Product teams.

- Act as the main point of contact for security-related matters.

- Promote secure-by-design practices and continuous security improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Security and IT Security.

- Strong knowledge of Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance .

- Experience with security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001/27002 and NIST .

- Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) .

- Solid understanding of Security Assessments, Security Testing, and Vulnerability Management .

- Knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and Application Security principles.

- Experience with Azure Cloud Security .

- Familiarity with encryption technologies and secure communication protocols.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments .

- Strong English communication skills ( minimum B2 level ).
