Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Associate, Designer to join our creative team in India. This is a hands-on creative role for a strong visual designer who can develop compelling, polished communications across digital, social, presentation, print and other visual platforms.

The ideal candidate combines excellent graphic design fundamentals with strong technical proficiency and an interest in emerging creative technologies. This individual should be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, comfortable incorporating AI-enabled creative and production tools into their workflow, and capable of taking projects from initial concept through final production.

This position will report to the Manager, Motion Graphics and will collaborate with designers, motion artists, video producers and other creative partners as part of a multidisciplinary creative team.

Basic Qualifications

- 5–9 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital design or a related creative discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative and production capabilities within Adobe applications, including generative image creation, image extension, object generation/removal and other AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated graphic design, typography, composition, image-making and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, hierarchy, composition, color, layout and brand systems.
- Ability to develop original visual concepts rather than relying solely on templates or existing creative.
- Experience preparing creative assets for digital, social, presentation and print applications.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently execute projects from concept through final production.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to creative craft.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows and subject matter.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom and professional photography workflows.
- Experience using approved generative AI and AI-assisted design tools as part of a professional creative workflow.
- Basic familiarity with motion graphics, video editing or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Experience creating infographics, data visualization or graphics that simplify complex scientific, medical or technical information.
- Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, technology or another highly technical industry is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with global creative teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Hands-on photography and video experience, with a working understanding of professional or mirrorless cameras, lenses, exposure, composition and basic lighting.
