Experience required: 4-6 years
Seeking a Consent QA / Test Automation Engineer to own end-to-end functional, integration, and automated testing of a Consent & Preference Management solution across OneTrust, customer-facing capture points, and downstream activation systems. The role will focus on validating consent journeys, testing integrations, automating regression testing, migration validation, production support, and quality assurance across the consent ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop SIT, E2E, and regression test scenarios for consent and preference management journeys.
- Validate opt-in, opt-out, withdrawal, and preference update processes.
- Test consent hierarchy, cascade, precedence, and conflict-resolution rules.
- Validate upstream consent capture and downstream consent propagation, suppression, and enforcement.
- Test OneTrust APIs and system integrations.
- Validate Preference Center functionality across multiple devices and browsers.
- Validate migrated consent and preference data and reconcile migration results.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for critical consent journeys.
- Support performance and latency testing requirements.
- Support UAT, defect triage, production validation, and hypercare activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of QA and test automation experience.
- Strong experience in API and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with automated regression testing.
- SQL and data validation experience.
- Experience testing complex end-to-end customer journeys.
- OneTrust or similar consent platform testing experience preferred.
- Salesforce and SFMC testing experience preferred.
