Collection Analyst (Low Recovery) - with Field Work

As part of our ongoing growth, we're strengthening our Collections Team to boost recovery rates and reduce delinquency. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join us.

We are seeking a dynamic Collection Analyst for our FSA and Low Recovery Accounts to join our Product Operations team. This role combines the responsibilities of a collection analyst doing desk collections and field collections. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Account Management: Oversee Low Recovery and FSA accounts to ensure effective handling.
- Collections & Tracing: Conduct desk/field collections, customer tracing, and on-site visits.
- Negotiation & Follow-up: Secure Promises to Pay (PTPs), negotiate payment terms, and actively follow up.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all collection efforts and field visits.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed performance, recovery, and productivity goals.

Requirements

- Motorcycle Requirement: Should own and drive a motorcycle.

- Field Work & Mobility: Willingness to do field work within and outside of Metro Manila.

- Years of Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Field Collector or Collection Analyst.
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Work Ethic & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, insists on excellence and is driven to constantly improve, displays initiative and independence in task execution. Comfortable working with difficult-to-recover accounts.
