As part of our ongoing growth, we're strengthening our Collections Team to boost recovery rates and reduce delinquency. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join us.
We are seeking a dynamic Collection Analyst for our Late Stage Accounts to join our Product Operations team. This role will be doing client calls for desk collection operations. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Oversee M2+ delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery.
- Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to maintain continuous client contact.
- Negotiation & Monitoring: Secure payment arrangements and Promises to Pay (PTPs), while actively monitoring compliance.
- Documentation & Coordination: Keep account records up to date and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet established collection, recovery, and productivity goals.
Requirements
- Amenable to 5x RTO work set-up in BGC Taguig.
- Years of Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Collection Analyst. Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Work Ethic & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, insists on excellence and is driven to constantly improve, displays initiative and independence in task execution. Comfortable working with difficult-to-recover accounts.
