Role Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager at AuxoAI, you will lead the
delivery of large-scale professional services engagements for our enterprise
clients. You will sit at the intersection of technology and business,
translating client requirements into actionable delivery plans while managing
cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and business analysts.
This role demands someone who can hold their own in a technical conversation,
communicate confidently with client stakeholders, and keep complex,
multi-workstream programs on track — on time, in scope, and to quality.

Responsibilities:
· Own
end-to-end program delivery for client engagements, managing scope, timelines,
budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
· Serve as the
primary client-facing point of contact, building trusted relationships with
client stakeholders and representing AuxoAI in status reviews, steering
committees, and escalations.
· Translate
business requirements from client stakeholders into clear technical
specifications and delivery plans that engineering and data teams can execute
against.
· Bridge the
gap between business and technical teams — able to engage meaningfully in
technical discussions (architecture, integrations, data flows) while
communicating impact and trade-offs in business terms.
· Drive
sprint/iteration planning, backlog grooming, and delivery governance in
partnership with engineering leads and product owners.
· Proactively
identify risks, blockers, and scope creep, and drive timely resolution with
both internal teams and client stakeholders.
· Track and
report program health (timelines, budget, quality, risks) to internal
leadership and client sponsors through structured status reporting.
· Coordinate
across internal practices (engineering, product, data science) to ensure
resourcing, priorities, and dependencies are aligned to program goals.
· Champion
best practices in program governance, documentation, and change management
throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

· 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML
techniques, with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic
decision-making.
· Experience
working in technical program/project management, with a track record of
delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs.
· Strong ability to think strategically and
develop AI strategies that align with business objectives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
· Demonstrated project management skills, with the
ability to execute and lead projects.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to
identify opportunities for AI-driven business growth.
· Working knowledge of SQL and Python, and basic
data exploration/prototyping.

Preferred Qualificaion: Exposure to SaaS, HR Tech, or
Payroll domains
