About this role
We seek a Director of Enterprise Platforms Delivery to lead the execution of large-scale digital transformation and ERP rollout programs across APAC. You will oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, manage a team of project managers, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful program outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with active program execution.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs
- Oversee portfolio of transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Lead large-scale ERP implementations (especially Dynamics 365) across multiple markets
- Implement program tracking dashboards and risk management frameworks
- Manage vendor/SI partnerships, program planning and post-go-live stabilization
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop high-performing team of project managers with clear accountability
- Drive continuous improvement and execution excellence culture
Executive Leadership
- Deliver monthly business reviews to leadership
- Serve as escalation point for critical program issues
- Build strong relationships with regional and market leadership
- Manage executive steering committees and governance boards
Financial & Stakeholder Management
- Own program budgets, track ROI, and manage cost variances
- Manage organizational change and stakeholder communication
- Optimize resource allocation across programs
- Identify and mitigate program risks proactively
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 15+ years in delivery program management; 5+ years in delivery leadership role
- 5+ years managing large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
- Experience in managing APAC markets preferred
- Expertise in finance and operations processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field required
- MBA or Advanced degree preferred
- PMP, PMI-PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
Skills:
- Executive communication and stakeholder management
- Financial acumen (budgeting, ROI, business case development)
- Strategic thinking and change management experience
- Vendor/partner negotiation and contract management
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Fluent English; regional language proficiency a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa)
