The Opportunity
In this rare and exciting opportunity, the Senior Manager, Alternative Investments will own the full investment lifecycle for assets within Alternative Investments portfolio – originating, structuring and executing acquisitions and divestments, and driving the strategy, operation and performance of the assets under management to maximise asset value and investment returns.
This role includes assets and capital strategies across various classes, such as residential, healthcare, and data centres.
You will make an impact by:
- Originating acquisition and divestment opportunities to support the growth of Alternative Investments
- Assessing and structuring transactions across different asset classes and risk profiles, ensuring alignment with Fund, Balance Sheet Strategies and Investment Plans.
- Leading end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
- Transitioning acquired assets into the portfolio and drive asset and development strategies to maximise returns through to divestment.
- Monitoring market trends, transaction and competitor activity, and emerging investment opportunities to continuously refine asset strategies
About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring demonstrated experience in Transactions, Development and/or Investment Management across multiple sectors with a strong understanding of financial markets. Through your previous roles, you will showcase the ability to maintain a quality pipeline of investment opportunities through market engagement and relationships while executing acquisitions, asset plans and divestments. Stakeholder savvy in nature, you’ll effectively partner, present strategies and maintain strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
