The Manufacturing Ops Technician is responsible for manufacturing acoustic liquid-handler products while ensuring strict quality standards and accurate customer-specific requirements. The technician plays a key role in quality control and process improvement, while working closely with customers and internal teams to manage order requirements and ensure on-time delivery.

This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing team located in San Jose, CA and is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Collaborate closely with other MFG teams, Engineering and Quality teams to execute precise procedures, including plate labeling, plate packaging, plate barcoding, plate inspection, and other assigned tasks while ensuring full compliance with GLP, GDP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Document, analyze, and report experimental results, while managing MFG equipment maintenance, performing troubleshoots, and maintaining inventory.
- Drive continuous process improvement through active participation in daily management meetings, leveraging lean MFG principles, and maintaining and updating work instructions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 2+ years experience in highly-regulated manufacturing environments using relevant computer softwares, production tools and devices.
- Experience with following standardized processes and work instructions, as well as creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Strong independent working skills, including customer interaction, cross-functional collaboration, prioritization of tasks, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while assuring quality standards.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Experience with manufacturing in medical devices, biotechnology or food/beverages companies.
- Background performing quality analysis/control, document control, batch record review, or auditing GMP-regulated operations.

The hourly range for this role is $25 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
