To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Learning & Development Senior Specialist (f/m/d) in our offices in Cologne.

As Learning & Development Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of learning initiatives across the region. You will coordinate learning operations, manage learning processes, support the Learning Management System, and collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functions to create an outstanding learner experience.

What will you do:
• Liase with HR BPs and HR Operations to understand business needs and support to translate into L&D processes to support the organization in developing and retaining employees.
• Provide conceptualize support and take over ownership for assigned scope to deliver L&D processes and programs.
• Collaborate with Operations expertise Hub for execution.
• Act as a point-of-contact and educator with all matters linked to L&D to HRBP and HR Operations.
• Support and facilitate regional roll-out of processes and programs.

• Cooperate with Corporate Communication and HR Communication team to utilize all communication channels and actively promote and inform respective stakeholders about L&D processes and programs.

• Responsibility for supporting and driving implementation and improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) or other related OneHR modules (e.g. Mentoring) in collaboration with HR Governance team.

• Support L&D Admin in ensuring coordination of proper LMS use by all HR stakeholders.

• Coordination of internal and external pool of trainers, content providers and facilitators.

• Financial calculation, controlling and internal allocation of cost for provided trainings (internal and external) in line with internal standards.

• Analysis of training satisfaction results and corrective imrprovement actions.

• Collaborate with HR Governance team to ensure preparation of IATF audits. Support HR Operations for local audit related preparation and follow-up.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related area.

• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting learning and development programs.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery skills in both virtual and face-to-face environments.

• Professional level of English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different countries and functions.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Experience working in an international or matrix organization is considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of quality standards, particularly IATF 16949, is considered an advantage.
