Für den Standort in Münster suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit und unbefristet: Inlife Operations Supervisor

Arbeitszeiten : Montag – Freitag 39,5h

Aufgabenbereich :

- Du führst ein Team von Tierpfleger/innen und entwickelst das Personal
- Du organisierst das Tagesgeschäft in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team
- Du sorgst für die Einhaltung der Vorgaben zu Tierschutz, Hygiene, Studienplänen u.a.
- Du bist beteiligt an der Aufarbeitung von tierschutzrelevanten Vorfällen und CAPAs
- Du sorgst für gute Kommunikation vor Ort und in globalen Teams
- Du übernimmst im Leitungsteam Verantwortung für Projekte und beteiligst dich an der Harmoniserung mit anderen Standorten

Mindestanforderungen :

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tierpfleger in Klinik und Forschung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Zusätzliche Anforderungen :

- Wünschenswert Geprüfte/r Tierpflegemeister/in und/oder Leitungserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Versuchstierhaltung
- Freude an Mitarbeiterführung und Teamentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Tier- und Tierschutzrecht
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
