Job Summary

The Transformation Programs Advisor serves as a strategic and technical partner connecting business strategy, delivery execution, and customer outcomes for enterprise accounts across the ANZ region. Partnering closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, this role drives complex customer transformations, accelerates migration journeys to cloud-native platforms, and ensures measurable value realization to foster long-term customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Migration Execution & Technical Advocacy: Serve as the primary advisor and technical advocate guiding enterprise accounts through complex migration and modernization programs.
- Architecture & Integration: Develop migration blueprints, cutover plans, and integration strategies to enable seamless SaaS onboarding with minimal operational impact.
- Program Governance: Establish structured project milestones, maintain risk mitigation logs (RAID), and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners) to ensure timely program execution.
- Value Realization & Analytics: Conduct business value analysis (TCO, ROI, and Time-to-Value modeling), build value dashboards, and host Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with C-level stakeholders to demonstrate business impact and secure renewals.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8+ years of field experience in pre-sales consulting, technical program delivery, enterprise security architecture, or SaaS migration management.
- Technical Domain Expertise: Strong background in Identity Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), enterprise infrastructure, and cloud security architectures.
- Program Governance: Proven capability leading enterprise-grade program execution using structured frameworks (PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred).
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in ROI/TCO modeling, customer success management, and presenting outcome-focused strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional consultative selling, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
