Right now, we are looking for a new colleague for our team who will support the successful execution of IT projects, playing an integral part in transforming our business processes, optimizing efficiency, and promoting growth through effective use of technology. What tasks are waiting for you?
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, scope the project, set project objectives and establish the relevant project organization, as part of the project charter for approval.
- Lead a project team to deliver large and complex IT deliverables in close cooperation with the Business Project Manager, Business Process Owners and Project Owner.
- Manage the project’s stakeholders in Global IT, Global Operations.
- Support the change management of the project, together with the Business Project Manager, and make sure the implementation is well adopted when the project goes live.
- Work on continuous improvement of project management process, practices and methodologies.

- possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field;
- have proven experience in IT project management or a similar role;
- have a good understanding of project management principles and methodologies;
- have a good understanding of both Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies;
- are proficient in project management software and tools;
- have good understanding of manufacture and supply chain processes;
- have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with analytical and critical thinking skills;
- demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
- are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- are fluent in English and Polish
