About this role
##
Do you want to shape global sales processes that help local markets create stronger commercial impact? Are you motivated by leading cross-market projects from definition to implementation, and do you thrive when turning best practice into practical ways of working? Then this is an opportunity to join Demant’s Global Sales, Training & Service organization, where you will help define how our hearing aid wholesale companies go to market.
Welcome to Sales Excellence
In Global Sales, we work to strengthen commercial execution across Demant’s hearing aid wholesale companies. Our Sales Excellence team defines and rolls out global sales processes, frameworks and best practices that help markets improve how they plan, prioritize and engage with customers. The Position
In the team, you will define and drive the global direction for sales processes across our hearing aid wholesale companies. You will take ownership of frameworks and ways of working within areas such as key account management, inside sales, multi-brand approaches, loyalty programs, segmentation and targeting. You will also lead or support selected country deep-dive projects, ensuring that new processes are implemented in a way that strengthens local capabilities and creates measurable commercial value, along with taking our annual sales planning process to the next level.
You will work at the intersection of commercial excellence, project management and change management. A key part of the role is to translate market needs, stakeholder input and performance insights into clear global processes that are easy for local teams to apply. You will collaborate with local markets and HQ stakeholders, participate as subject matter experts in relevant meetings, and ensure strong knowledge sharing across countries.
