Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.

About the Role
Tebi is entering its scale-up phase of growth: opening new entities, launching new (financial) products and growing fast. Our Finance team is looking for a new member who will enable our growth, build processes and structure to take us further, and contribute towards a successful first-year audit in 2027.
You will play a key role in our financial close and reporting, help lay the groundwork for the control framework, and support new entities as we open them. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an unstructured environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is passionate about automation to make finance run smarter. You will work closely with product, commercial and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
- Own key parts of the monthly financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Be an important control point, safeguarding the integrity of our financial reporting
- Support the setup of financial processes and controls as we open new entities and work towards audit-readiness
- Help design and build Tebi's control framework
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial processes and support Tebi’s growth
- Partner with our external auditors and manage the audit process for your areas
- Turn financial data into insights that help the business make better decisions
- Continuously improve and standardize processes as Tebi scales
What You'll Need
- 2-4 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or external audit
- You thrive in an unstructured, fast-changing scale-up environment and don't need everything mapped out to make progress
- A natural drive to standardize and improve processes, balanced with pragmatism about what's needed now versus later
- Savvy with automation and AI tools, and genuinely interested in using them to work more efficiently
- Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Sharp attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication, comfortable working closely with teams across the business
