Responsibilities:
- Establishing the supplier short list for the project with the commodity buyers;
- Gathering all key information for complex RFQ and identifing the market constraints, the targets, the time schedule for each activity;
- Negotiates according to the quality, cost and deadline project’s targets;
- Manages purchase request and purchase order related to his project;
- Follows payment schedule to suppliers;Nominating suppliers for the project;
- Participates in project plan definition and follow-up (lead by the Supply Quality);
- Validates at the beginning of the project provisional budget (hours and cost) in accordance to initial project perimeter and project objectives;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Masters' Degree in logistics, purchasing, technical univeristy;
- Minimum of 3 years in purchasing project experience in industrial, manufacturing industry (automotive ideally);
- Technical mindset and background is highly appreciated;
- Experience in negotations with suppliers, in nominating of suppliers, RFQ creation;
- English fluent;
- Willnginess to business trips - depending on the project phase.
