Roles and responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Responsible for playing the role of a Performance Manager.
- Responsible to play a functional Solution architect role with a good understanding of the dependencies between modules with a focus on Supply Chain management
- Responsible for playing the role of Module/Domain Lead
- Responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery with high customer satisfaction and within budget
- Individuals must take ownership and accountability of client presentations and have excellent communication skills.
- Responsible for engaging in multiple projects
- Responsible for mentoring the team
- Responsible for running practice level initiatives for training, recruitment, quality, Innovation etc.
- Previous hands-on implementation experience of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management.
- Oracle SCM Cloud Experience is mandatory
- Should be able to work Independently and lead Functional Team.
- Responsibility to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents
- Ability to produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents
- Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud (Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Costing, PIM, Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance)
- Individuals should have rich consulting experience in supply chain industry working with clients.
Requirement
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Relevant experience of 10+ years with at least 3-4 years of lead role experience on end-to-end Oracle implementation project is necessary.
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience on end-to-end implementation projects
- Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management and Procurement Functional – Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Planning, PIM
Experience & Background
- Graduate qualification CA/B.E/B. Tech/MCA/M-Tech/MSc. /MBA/MCOM/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)
- 10 + years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning skills
